1. Service-Based Returns

Since we offer service-based solutions (like battery, screen, and motherboard replacements), returns are not applicable once the service is completed and the device has been handed over/tested and accepted by the customer.

2. Parts Return

If you have purchased a replacement part (e.g., battery, adaptor, keyboard) without installation and want to return it, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Window: 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The part must be unused, in original packaging, and free from physical damage.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice is required for processing the return.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • If a service is cancelled before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
  • No refunds are applicable after the successful completion of a repair/replacement service.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed parts (battery, keyboard, screen, etc.)
  • Damaged or used parts
  • Services already rendered

5. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only if the product delivered is defective or incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
